1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clavex AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Clavex AI provides managed hosting for OpenClaw AI agent instances. We provision, maintain, and operate containerized AI agent environments on your behalf, hosted on EU-based infrastructure.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your gateway token. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Clavex AI to engage in illegal activities, distribute malware, violate third-party terms of service, send unsolicited communications, or any other harmful activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of payment if you have concerns.

6. Data and Privacy

Your data is stored in the European Union and is subject to GDPR. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. You may request your data before deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Clavex AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect.
